R22 Overhaul Program
The following overhaul prices are effective for all R22 Beta aircraft scheduled for overhaul by Quantum Helicopters at our Chandler AZ facility. They will apply to properly maintained undamaged helicopters without excessive corrosion and in airworthy condition. Upon receipt of the aircraft, including all parts, logbooks, signed work authorization, and a 50% deposit, the aircraft will be disassembled, inspected, and reassembled with the new and overhauled components listed below. The price will include a Textron/Lycoming factory overhauled engine. The overhaul includes the following:

All components replaced or overhauled will receive a new RHC one-year or 1000-hour (whichever occurs first) limited warranty. The Factory exchange engine will have a Textron Lycoming 1-year warranty. Price does not include avionics, instruments, floats, searchlights, or other specialized equipment. Price also does not include new paint. Prices for the 4400-hour overhaul would vary from the price below depending on the additional life limited components requiring replacement.

Life Limited components and other parts requiring replacement not included in basic overhaul will receive a 25% discount, or current discount offered by RHC.

Guaranteed completion time 4 weeks. Prices assume that all components will receive full core credit when received by RHC / Lycoming. Customer is responsible for all core charges or charges for parts rejected for overhaul by either RHC / Textron Lycoming.

Quantum Helicopters or Robinson Helicopter Company will retain all parts not re-used in the overhaul process. Any parts not included with the helicopter at time of overhaul will be replaced at list price as stated in the current RHC price list.

R44 Overhaul Program
