Once you have chosen a date to begin your flight training with Quantum Helicopters, please complete an Enrollment Application/Deposit Agreement and contact our front office to make arrangements to submit a $1,000.00 deposit.  Please note that the deposit is non-refundable but will be applied in full to your training expenses.  Upon receiving the completed form and deposit, we will contact you to confirm your start date and will hold that date open to assure your position for flight training.  The deposit will be forfeited if you fail to arrive for training on the date scheduled.

Unlike many schools we do not require students  to pay money "up front" or maintain specified balances on their accounts.  A current Account Balance Sheet is posted daily so that students may monitor their account activity.  All account balances are refundable with 48 hours notice.

Quantum accepts the following payments for flight training and supplies:

  1. Cash
  2. In state checks with a bank guarantee card
  3. Cashier's Check
  4. Money Orders
  5. Visa and MasterCard

Quantum Helicopters will accept out of state checks if prior arrangements have been made.  Additionally, special payment arrangements can be made to meet the needs of large companies or government agencies.
