Neil Jones, President
Neil has been involved in helicopter and airplane flight training for over 35 years. Before founding Quantum in 1993, he was Chief Pilot for the largest civilian helicopter flight school of that time. Neil holds an Airline Transport Pilot certificate with ratings in helicopters and airplanes and all helicopter and airplane instructor ratings. Neil is an FAA Designated Pilot Examiner. In his spare time Neil enjoys following the SF Giants, and spending time with his high school sweetheart and wife of forty years and his beautiful grandchildren.
Tim Brennan, Chief Flight Instructor
Tim assists with supervising flight instructors, training quality, standardization and safety. Before joining Quantum as a Flight Instructor in 2018, Tim flew HH-60 Blackhawk helicopters in the U.S. Army as a MEDEVAC pilot and officer from 2009-2017. Tim has a B.A. Degree in International Relations and an M.S. Degree in Aeronautics. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot certificate and flight instructor certificate with helicopter and instrument ratings, as well as a private airplane rating. Tim enjoys spending time traveling with his wife and two daughters. He also likes fishing, golf, fitness and of course flying as much as possible.
Paul Mansfield, Director of Maintenance
The Director of Maintenance at Quantum Helicopters is Paul Mansfield. Paul is an FAA-licensed airframe and powerplant mechanic with inspection authorization; he is also a rated helicopter and airplane pilot. Paul has built and maintained Robinson helicopters since 1986 and has been with Quantum since its inception. He has completed all Robinson Helicopter factory maintenance courses and maintains Quantum’s fleet to the highest standards. When not working at Quantum, Paul spends time restoring old cars, target shooting, watching action movies, and flying as time permits.
Doug Terry, Office Manager
Doug is responsible for customer service, accounting, record keeping and inventory control. Doug literally learned the helicopter business from the ground up: he started at Quantum working part-time washing helicopters.
Gabriella Noriega, Administrative Assistant
Gabriella is responsible for assisting with various operations within the office and providing support to management staff. Gabriella has a B.S. Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Arizona State University. When Gabriella is not chasing after her little dog Mila, she enjoys reading, baking, watching movies, CrossFit, and spending time with her family and friends.
